Billing, cancellation & refunds

Personal Pro costs £5.99 monthly or £57.50 annually. Work costs £14.99 monthly or £143.90 annually. Annual plans are paid upfront and save 20% against 12 monthly payments, rounded to the penny. The checkout shows the amount before you pay.

Allowances and renewal

Personal Pro includes 50 server credits each month, 100 saved presets and 2 GB of storage. Work includes 500 monthly credits, 250 presets, 10 GB of storage and one team of up to five people. Team members can reuse shared presets; storage and credits belong to the paying account. Members keep their own plan limits.

HEIC conversion and PDF compression use 1 credit each; Office to PDF uses 2; video conversion and YouTube downloads use 5. Credits refresh monthly on both billing options. Unused credits do not roll over. Free accounts have five lifetime trials of each server tool. Failed jobs return their reserved credits or trial use.

Cancel renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. Open My account, then Plan & billing and Billing settings & invoices to manage or cancel renewal through Stripe. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access until the end of the period already paid for. It does not automatically request a refund.

Refunds and billing problems

For a refund request, duplicate payment, unexpected renewal or service problem, email [email protected] with your account email and invoice reference. Do not include card details. Support will review the payment and respond; a refund is not automatic when you cancel renewal. This process does not limit any statutory refund or cancellation rights.

After paid access ends

Your saved library becomes read-only for 30 days. Download or delete files during this period; remaining files are then removed. Renew before expiry to keep unexpired saved files. Keep your own copies of important files.
