Using OrbitFile

Your files and account

Only upload or process files you have permission to use. Keep your password and recovery code private. Review output before using it and keep your own originals: conversion can change formatting, quality, metadata or signatures.

Usage and availability

Browser tools have no operation allowance and do not require an account. File sizes, batch sizes and other technical limits shown beside each tool still apply. Server tools require an account and available trials or credits. Do not use the service to distribute malware, access another user’s files, bypass service limits or infringe other people’s rights.

Saving and subscriptions

Saving files is optional and subject to your plan’s storage and retention limits. Free files expire after 24 hours. Paid files are kept while subscribed until you delete them. After paid access ends, saved files enter a 30-day download/delete period before removal. Help with a problem

If a tool fails or output is unusable, contact support with the tool name, file type and error message. Failed server jobs refund the reserved credits or trial use. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not restricted by these service terms.
